Who we are
Smart Architecture d.o.o. is a young and innovative company based in Zadar, specializing in the production of construction modules using advanced LGSF (Light Gauge Steel Framing) technology. Our goal is to establish ourselves as a reliable subcontractor for large-scale construction projects while providing high-quality solutions for home extensions and upgrades.
With a vision for sustainable growth and development, we plan to relocate our production facility within the next three years to a new, state-of-the-art factory in the Crno business zone. Spanning 7,500 m², this new facility will enable us to expand our capacity and better meet the growing demands of the market.
By combining innovative technologies, precision engineering, and the expertise of our team, we create modular solutions that set new standards in the construction industry. Our mission is to deliver fast, efficient, and environmentally sustainable building solutions tailored to the needs of modern living and construction.
